Who is this package for?
This package is for people who are serious about producing garments and turning their brand ideas into reality. If you're at the idea stage or further, stuck at a step - I will assist you to the finish line.  This is a monthly consultancy package - to help you get your brand to where you want it to be. 

Keep in mind I only take 10 clients on at a time, any more than that and my time is spread too thinly. I give you and your brand my full attention to ensure you get the products you want at the standard you desire. So I encourage you to enquire or sign up for this package asap. 

What do I get?
With this package you'll be able to take your design ideas and make them a reality with an industry expert. I will be with you every step of design through to sales. Each package is designed to around your brand and it's needs. So, it will start with an hour consultancy call - where you update me on where you are at, what you've completed so far, what hasn't worked, where you're stuck, what you need assistance with, then we map out a plan to get you to where you want to be - which I will then guide you through until you've achieved your goals.

Mill, Factory & Manufacturing suggestions
Supply Chain and Logistics discussion
Meetings with buyers
Sales planning/projections

Standard to every package holder:
5 x 1 hour consultancy calls each month that comes with a follow up email and detailed notes of what was said and what is to be accomplished before our next call. Ability to email me 24/7. 

Where samples/swatches and/or fit sessions need to be taken place - package holder can decide if you'd like me to be present, this comes at an additional cost and travel expenses will need to be covered by package holder. Where possible we can execute everything either by telephone or Skype/Zoom/Facetime.

One of the key benefits of the package is having someone to guide you through every step and offer you advice, give you direction and an actionable plan. 

This package does not include:
Tech Paks or CAD sketches (this would be an additional charge) 

There are a lot of traps new fashion brands can fall into. Often causing them to overspend and waste a ton of time. This package will educate you on the path of your first collection at the same time as guiding you through it,  making sure your money and time is well spent, but most of all creating the products you want. 

There are two payment options. You can pay monthly or you can pay one year upfront which gives you one month FREE. If you are unsure of time frames and whether you will need one year of consultancy - we can discuss this on the call. If you go ahead and purchase the one year, we can put a freeze on it between seasons, so you get the most out of your package. I am able to work with you to suit your brand and it's needs.

People don't always 'jell' together, and some design ideas will need specific resources to go into production that I may not have access too. You also need to like how I operate and get the job done.
